Microsoft expected to unveil iPad rival

Microsoft has sent out invitations to a super-secret event Monday, but insiders say the company will unveil a rival to Apple’s iPad, said the Chicago Tribune.

The tablet will run on Windows 8, and will be the computer giant’s first foray into the netbook market.
