Boeing risks stumble during air show, thanks to flagging economy

Boeing hopes to outshine rival Airbus at the nation’s largest air show, but fears of a faltering economy could dash those hopes, said Bloomberg.

Airbus is also planning to build a manufacturing hub in the United States to compete with Boeing.

Orders at the airshow are expected to trail the 441 placed in the 2011 show.
