This is what happens when outside developers build houses in place where houses don’t belong in the first place and then owners from out of state believe they can do what ever they want without regard to where they are. These same developers bring in workers whose ethics are questionable instead of hiring local firms and our local economy is changed beyond recognition.
Colorado has been sold down the river to Texians and Californians in the name of profit but it doesn’t benefit anyone who has called Colorado home all of their lives.
