New LoDo office building unveiled

Developers plan to create build-to-suit office space at the corner of 16th St. and Market St. downtown Denver, said the Denver Business Journal.

It will also include apartments and street-level retail. The new development has been maned 16M and will cover the block where Office Depot is now located.
