Verizon to sell Nokia Windows 8 phone this year

Verizon Wireless plans to see Nokia’s new phone with a Windows 8 operating system, said Bloomberg.

It’s the first time the wireless giant has sold a Windows phone since 2011. Verizon wants to lessen its dependence on Apple’s iPhone and expand smartphone offerings.
