Facebook director’s $1 million stock sale lacks precedent

Peter Thiel’s sale of nearly all his Facebook stock is unprecedented among venture capitalists, said Bloomberg.

Thiel, a director at Facebook and one of its first investors, sold 72 percent of his stock yesterday, mere months after the company’s initial public offering.
