And that is what made our decks livable – without shade, my new deck will be uninhabitable in the summer….and will my HOA allow a pergola? who knows????? and what about the homes in Parkside – a five foot drop for gutters may not be possible….And why restrict these changes just to us? why not for the whole community? It feels like being punished for a wildfire that not one of us caused…..not to mention losing everything you owned….have a little mercy here – besides, there is nothing left to burn there!
