Colo. dairy settles lawsuit for $7.5 million

The Aurora Organic Dairy has settled a lawsuit with a Boulder company for $7.5 million, said the Boulder Daily Camera.

The suit was a class-action lawsuit that alleged the company used unfair and deceptive practices to sell non-organic milk at organic prices.
