Sterling Ranch developers appeal water ruling

Attorneys for the planned Sterling Ranch development in Douglas County are appealing a ruling about water supply, said the Denver Business Journal.

Earlier, a judge said that the company had failed to show adequate water supply for the entire development at the time the subdivision was platted.
