United last in on-time performance, first in complaints

United Airlines ranked last in on-time arrivals and departures – but first in consumer complaints, reports the Chicago Tribune.

The results are part of data released by the U.S. Department of Transportation that found the airline was on time 64.1 percent of the time in July. No other major carrier was below 77 percent.
