New owner of Foothills Mall seeking different tenant mix

The new owner of Boulder’s Foothills Mall is seeking more upscale tenants, said the Coloradoan.

The company that bought Foothills in July said only a handful of tenants would be allowed to stay in the mall. They plan to terminate leases for the Arc Thrift Center and Ross Dress for Less.
