There is no way foreclosures in Colorodo are legal and the courts have shut out homeowners to the point where even if you have the money to fight and could pay your mortgage your house can be stolen. Fraud, forgeries broken laws…nothing matters in Colorado. If you are a property owner in Colorado you have no rights period. When I moved here I thought Colorado was a great state.
