Pilot feud leads to fewer on-time flights for American

As pilots and administration continue to fight, American Airlines is dealing with more delays and cancellations – and more passenger frustration, reports the Chicago Tribune.

So far, the airline has delayed 364 flights and cancelled 30 others.  The corporation said the delays and cancellations were due to more pilots than normal calling in sick. American’s on-time rate has dropped to 49 percent.
