Americans feel more optimistic about the economy now than they did in 2009, said Bloomberg News.
About 43 percent of people surveyed in the Bloomberg national poll said they were more confident about the economy than in 2009, as opposed to 33 percent who weren’t.
But that satisfaction doesn’t equate to approval of how Obama handled the economic crisis. Americans still disapprove of Obama’s economic policy by a margin of 53 to 41 percent.
