A person&#039;s mental health takes a hit, like perhaps from losing their job, then they stop eating properly (assuming that they ate properly previous to losing their job).  When they stop eating properly, like no fish or fish oil, their mental health goes down a notch.  In response to their mental health going down, they eat chips and soft drinks all day.  By now, they are just plain depressed.  In response to their diet going down, their mental health goes down, and so on.]]></description>
