I'm happy to see type of development being planned for the downtown area. Affordable residential housing is key to revitalizing the downtown core. Coming from an urban setting in Brooklyn, it was quite a culture shock moving to the Springs. We originally looked at the downtown area, but found the condos (which would have been perfect for us) were so expensive. The houses we looked at downtown, while nice, were also too pricey. We would have preferred the downtown area so we could walk more, as we were used to doing in NYC, and drive much less. So, much luck with this!
