Gary Mustian, Add Staff Inc., technical director, has earned the Certified Staffing Professional designation from the American Staffing Association. Mustian has 19 years of human-resource experience, including staffing for emerging corporations as well as Oracle and Hewlett-Packard.

JE Dunn Construction, a commercial general contractor, has added three staff members: Angela Innes as senior marketing coordinator, Justin Geis as estimator in the Colorado Springs office, and Jake McClain rejoining the company as estimator in the Denver office. Innes has more than 14 years experience in the professional services marketing industry, developing skills in strategic marketing, project management and graphic design. Geis has experience assembling estimates for commercial construction projects in various phases of design, as well as soliciting and analyzing subcontractor bids and scopes. McClain worked as operations manager, project manager and estimator for Avery Asphalt, where he developed a contractor business unit for the construction of light civil projects and managed the daily operations of concrete crews, including productivity and profitability.

Mark White has been named president and CEO of The Bank at Broadmoor. White has 20 years of sales and leadership experience in the banking industry, most recently with BBVA Compass Bank in Colorado Springs. White is a graduate of Coronado High School, has a bachelor’s degree from Cal Poly in San Luis Obispo, Calif. and a master’s degree from the University of Colorado Colorado Springs. Ed Sauer, the current president and CEO, will retire on Dec. 1, after 24 years with The Bank at Broadmoor and more than 40 years in the banking industry.
