Computer class

An Excel II class will be from 8:30 to 10 a.m. at Penrose Library. Participants will learn more complex formatting, charts, formulas and sorting of an Excel worksheet. Prerequisites: completion of Excel I.

Dec. 18

CC transportation study

Colorado College hosts a working group meeting from 4 to 6:30 p.m. at Slocum Hall to discuss the college’s long-term transportation plan. The general public is welcome to attend and observe. The group will discuss long-term safety and mobility of all who travel through and around the campus; will conduct a collaborative process involving stakeholder representatives of Colorado College (faculty and administration), college student body, City of Colorado Springs, neighborhoods, businesses and other community interests; and recommend future improvements balancing the needs and interest of the campus, the City of Colorado Springs, as well as those of neighborhoods and the community.

BBB Benefits 101

The Better Business Bureau of Southern Colorado’s monthly Benefits 101 class is from 7:30 to 9 a.m. at 25 N. Wahsatch Ave. (cross street is Kiowa). The program is free; breakfast is provided. Participants will have an opportunity to network with fellow businesses and be introduced to the benefits as a BBB-Accredited Business.
