Buzz with the B’s

The Better Business Bureau of Southern Colorado will host Buzz with the B’s, a quarterly breakfast to give businesses an opportunity to discuss current issues, trends and provide a forum for a fresh flow of ideas. It will be from 7:30 to 8:30 a.m. at Trinity Brewing Company, 1466 Garden of the Gods Road. Cost is $13 in advance and $16 at the door. Price includes breakfast. State of the State

BBB’s customer service workshop

The Better Business Bureau of Southern Colorado will host its second of two workshops to provide information to companies interested in applying for the 2013 BBB Excellence Awards in Customer Service. The city’s next “Green Bag Lunch-n-Learn” is from 12:11 to 12:49 p.m. at 30 S. Nevada, suite 102. A panel will discuss how the University of Colorado Colorado Springs, Colorado College, Colorado Springs School District 11, Academy School District 20, Harrison School District 2 and the Air Force Academy are reducing energy use and fossil-fuel based energy.
