If there is anything now available, was it available years ago when this project was approved to move forward?  Doesn&#039;t seem that you have a clue about how large projects work or any of the facts in the matter.  It also doesn&#039;t appear that you have exposed anything.... your constant conspiracy theory questioning only causes delay and unnecessary expense.  As a ratepayer, I would appreciate if you would stop that unprofessional behavior.  Study first, then question if you have a good one...]]></description>
