		<description><![CDATA[Why not plan on operating at least two of the boilers off of natural gas within the next year or two?  Then clean up some of the coal storage area and gradually prepare for the day, which will eventually come, when it is economical to turn Drake into a solar plant. Even then, we should save at least one of the old boilers for natural gas in case something goes wrong with that future solar facility, (a solar facility that will likely be many years away).

We 21st century humans rely on bulk-produced energy for our basic existence.  Don&#039;t let someone&#039;s idealistic notions about aesthetics risk causing us to freeze in the dark, or to have unaffordable electric bills.]]></description>
