Not all of us support turning our quiet town into a not so quiet place to live. Most of us live here and not in the Springs because Woodland Park is exactly not the kind of town you are trying to turn it into. If we did we would live in the Springs. Remember that along with this "growth: you will bring the city issuce we have avoided such as crime, gangs, higher taxes, coruption and the like. Look at the whole picture here not just some way to gain tax revenue and you will see the potential of something quite different than you are trying to sell to us.

WalMart is south, not east....nice direction skills.
How come there is no mention of the City Council actively killing numerous housing projects over the years due to "preferred styling" of council members?? Or shutting down new projects like the church on Chester St because the city wouldn't get tax revenue from it?

More people would move there if property owners were actually allowed to, you know, USE the property they own instead of having to get a permit for every single little home project and get past the personal opinions on land use of the city staff. OR, adjust the setbacks so property owners actually own more than 5% of their land...

We are in a really good situation with our local government, the (Downtown Development Authority), the staff, and we have strong community support.” ONLY because they are the local government. WP is so poorly managed. Amazing no one can see this.

Woodland Station — what is so critical is that as it builds out, surrounding properties around it will redevelop. See the stupidity in this statement. They have already removed 100% of the parking, changed the plans God knows how many times, and received kick backs for it.

The Bible beaters is a good thing?!?!?!!!! How so. More traffic, more preaching, more what?

Arden Weatherford is a trespasser and liar. One of the worst businessmen on the planet. But DDA and the City love him. More kickbacks?

Great now build a bypass road around the town to help all of the cars that want to go around the town while going west.
Not that the local greeting group is not needy of all the speeders that bring all that money to the area from the great legal system of Teller county.
