That is to say there are really not net new jobs in that sector. However, for Colorado Springs this might be a good choice. It all boils down to the type of workforce and people that live in the area. Parts of the rural South have created wealth in this sector.

I had hoped that innovate jobs would flow in to CS, but that was my miscalculation. No risk no reward I guess.
