It will not help to solve the unemployment rate in central arkansas,sw arkansas,nw arkansas nor se arkansas. A superproject will have an economic impact statewide from additional companies being started or expanded to supply material or service to the proposed manufacturing facility. I live in Little Rock,Arkansas.
