Regina DiPadova has joined Cheyenne Village as community services manager. She will be expanding and designing programs for adult individuals in the Pikes Peak Region with developmental disabilities who live on their own or with family. She received her undergraduate degree in recreation therapy from the University of Southern Colorado and graduate degree in sociology from the University of Colorado Colorado Springs. She also started Inside/Out, a local nonprofit organization that supports gay, lesbian, bisexual and transgender youth.
U.S. Paralympic Cycling, a division of the U.S. Olympic Committee, has hired Ian Lawless as high performance director and Andrew Sparks as head coach. Lawless will direct the annual and quadrennial planning for Paralympic road and track cycling athletes and provide overall leadership for the para-cycling program. Sparks brings more than 10 years of professional coaching expertise to the team. Most recently, Sparks served as the performance director and head coach of the Performance United Cycling Center in Mallorca, Spain.
Drexel, Barrell & Co. has promoted Tim D. McConnell to the position of associate. He is the regional manager in Drexel, Barrell’s Colorado Springs office. He earned his bachelor’s degree in civil engineering from the University of Alaska Fairbanks and has 20 years of experience.
C & C Sand and Stone Co. has promoted Brian Johannsen to the position of sales and marketing manager. He earned a bachelor’s degree from Colorado State University and a master’s degree from University of Colorado at Denver.
Ent Federal Credit Union has promoted Tanan Miles to director of electronic banking delivery, a new position focused on utilization of Ent’s electronic products and services, data analysis and assisting with new product research and recommendations. Miles has been with Ent for seven years and most recently served as a service area manager.
Marcia Sasiak has been named area director of business development for Colorado for Solterra Senior Living, an Arizona-based owner and operator of senior care communities in Arizona and Colorado. In her new position, Sasiak will be responsible for census and staff development at the company’s Colorado properties, which include three skilled nursing and rehabilitation communities, a rehabilitation service company and in-home care subsidiary. She has 22 years of experience in the health care field.
