Ent employees and members raised $38,175 for Pikes Peak Habitat for Humanity as part of the credit union’s spring fundraising campaign.
Events like bake sales, barbecues, jeans days and raffles helped raise the money. Ent’s members also contributed to the cause through donations made at area service centers. Also, more than 100 Ent employees donated 700 hours of time to help build homes for deserving local families. Teams of Ent volunteers worked seven-hour shifts over three days at Habitat’s build sites in Fountain.
“We are pleased with the way Ent employees and members came together to put their support behind this first-time community partnership with Pikes Peak Habitat for Humanity,” said Barb Winter, executive vice president.
