Brian Carroll has been named vice president, trust administrator in the investment management and trust division and the Cascade Banking Center of ANB Bank in Colorado Springs. Carroll has more than 20 years’ experience in investment management, research, administration, financial consulting and estate planning. Prior to joining ANB, he was director of client services and business development for a registered investment adviser in South Florida. He earned an MBA from University of Pittsburgh – Katz Graduate School of Business, and is an active member of the CFA Institute.

Stockman Kast Ryan + Co., the largest locally owned certified public accounting firm in Southern Colorado, hired Danielle Gaffney as a tax consultant. Gaffney graduated summa cum laude with a bachelor of science degree in business, with an accounting emphasis, from UCCS. Jason Raak also joined the firm as a tax consultant. Raak has a bachelor of science degree in business with an accounting emphasis, also from UCCS.

John Meredith of Colorado Springs was named Colorado state coordinator of the AARP Foundation’s tax-aide program. He will oversee the AARP Foundation Tax-Aide sites and more than 300 volunteers, who prepare tax returns free for low- to moderate-income families.

 

Lindsay Frazier has joined Colorado Springs financial planning firm Strasbaugh Financial Advisory, Inc. as an associate adviser. Frazier previously worked for Galloway Asset Management, an investment advisory firm in Arizona where she provided support and advice to individuals and families. She holds a certificate in financial planning from Boston University and earned a bachelor’s of business administration – information systems, from DeVry Institute of Technology.
