North American Title Co. has appointed Natalie Koonce as vice president, Southern Colorado manager. The El Paso County native will be based in Colorado Springs, where she has served the local real estate community for 20 years.

 

The board of directors of the Pikes Peak International Hill Climb promoted Megan Leatham to the post of executive director of the Hill Climb, the nation’s second-oldest motor sports race behind the Indianapolis 500. This year’s 91st edition of the Race to the Clouds was the third for the 29-year-old Leatham, who previously served as the race’s director of operations and most recently as executive director for operations.

 

Ent Federal Credit Union promoted Casey Perkins to director of consumer lending. Perkins brings more than 17 years of financial services experience to the role, most recently as Ent’s director of collections. In this new position, Perkins will be responsible for indirect auto lending operations in addition to consumer loan underwriting.

 

Life Care Center of Colorado Springs, a skilled nursing and rehabilitation facility, welcomed a new executive director, Tony Stuart. Originally from Centralia, Mo., Stuart earned his bachelor’s degree in business administration.

 

Griffis/Blessing Inc. welcomed Frank Riehle as a new day porter for several properties in Colorado Springs, including Citygate, Park Place, Powers Office Park and Star Ranch Shopping Center. He brings a background in grounds maintenance and construction to the position and is a former Marine and Vietnam veteran. He holds a bachelor of science degree in finance.
