The two concrete tilt-up structures will house the offices of entrepreneur Tim Dumler’s Larkspur-based Off the Chain LLC and are scheduled to be completed in June 2014, according to the release. Bryan Construction will also conduct all other work related to the Caprice Court site, including utilities, over-lot and landscaping.
Documents from the Douglas County Assessor’s office indicate that Dumler’s company purchased in April 3.5 acres of vacant land at 158 Caprice Ct. for $630,000.
Project Manager Colin Leed, who recently completed the Red Noland Infiniti building, as well as renovation work at the KXRM Fox 21 studio, will be in charge of the operation.
Despite Bryan Construction’s 35 years of experience contracting throughout the state, this is the company’s “first major project in Castle Rock,” said the release.
Aside from its Colorado Springs headquarters, the firm has stateside offices in Denver and Fort Collins and an international presence in both Dubai and Istanbul.
