Gentiva Hospice will host its annual Celebration of Life from 1-2 p.m. at Mackenzie Place, 1605 Elm Creek View. Gentiva invites families to join in honoring loved ones who have died during the past 12 months. The event is free. Business Alliance Gala

Taught by Pat Fitzgerald, this session provides essential information regarding basic insurance coverage necessary for most small- to medium-sized businesses. The materials include a description of ways owners can cut insurance costs, while maximizing protection.
