The new $5 million banking center will be a three-story, 18,000 square foot building, located on the southwest corner of Cascade Avenue and Cimarron Street. ANB Bank will occupy the main level, housing the full-service branch operations, in addition to four drive-up lanes. A portion of the second floor will be occupied by ANB Investment Management & Trust with the remaining space available for tenants.

Construction is scheduled for completion by September 2014. Once open, the bank will house about 25 employees in the downtown branch, providing a full line of commercial lending, cash management, investment management/trust and personal banking services.

“We value the community of Colorado Springs and are excited to make this move five blocks south in downtown to enhance the service we provide. The new facility increases our ability to serve downtown Colorado Springs while positioning the bank for future growth, by increasing our profile, and improving access while expanding our services to the community,” said Lonnie Parsons, ANB regional president.

In 2014, the bank will celebrate 50 years of operation in Colorado Springs. ANB  has 38 banking centers throughout Colorado, Wyoming and Kansas. Six centers are located in the Colorado Springs market. The bank’s parent company, Sturm Financial Group, located in Denver, holds more than $2 billion in assets.
