Desiree Chavez has joined the Colorado Springs World Arena as box office manager. Chavez will manage day-to-day operations and the part-time box office staff. She has extensive experience as a software developer and, more recently, in event ticketing with TicketsWest, managing its box office for almost two years.


Donald Fisher has been named by Aventa Credit Union as dealer direct manager. Fisher has more than 23 years of lending, sales and financing experience. Fisher worked for six years at CU Direct Corp as chief dealer account manager and also worked at Ent Federal Credit Union.


RE/MAX Properties Inc. has added 11 broker associates. Mike Rosenhahn, a Colorado Springs native whose mother was a Realtor and father a builder, has joined the south office at 2630 Tenderfoot Hill St., along with Sarah Stowell.

Zane Whitfeld, with the Wheaton Team at the north office, 1740 Chapel Hills Dr., has 12-plus years of experience in real estate. Rachel Moore has joined the Mark McWilliams Team on Monument at 1761 Lake Woodmoor Dr. Leighanne Potts, a South Carolina native who moved to Colorado Springs 18 months ago, has become part of the Treasure Davis Team at 1740 Chapel Hills Dr.

Lucas Jensen, a Colorado native with seven years in real estate, is working out of the downtown office, 102 S. Tejon St., as well as Kevin Bristow, Rob Rolley and Dick Licciardi.

Erin Nesmith, with a background is in public relations, advertising and journalism, has joined the Tenderfoot Hill office.

Lisa Fisk, a graduate of the University of Colorado who has had her real estate license since 2004 and ranked in the top 1 percent of Pikes Peak region Realtors in 2010, 2011 and 2012, has joined the north office at 1740 Chapel Hills Dr.


Colorado Business Bank hired Maria Miller as Customer Service Manager II for its new Colorado Springs location. Miller has 18 years of experience in the financial services industry.
