Three of Colorado’s top economists will forecast the state’s fiscal health this year at Vectra Bank’s 21st annual Economic Forecast Update.

The keynote speakers are:
Patricia Silverstein, President of Development Research Partners, a Jefferson County, Colorado-based real estate analysis and economic development research company. Her expertise is in economic research and economic development, including industry cluster studies and strategic economic development planning.
Dr. Phyllis Resnick, Ph.D., lead economist with Colorado Futures Center. Her current research includes an economic impact study of Medicaid expansion in Colorado and the 2040 economic and demographic forecast for the North Front Range Metropolitan Planning Organization.
Dr. Richard Wobbekind, Ph.D., associate professor of business economics and finance at the University of Colorado at Boulder. As executive director of the Business Research Division his responsibilities include developing an annual consensus forecast of the Colorado economy.
