Gloria Plowman joined Blue Spruce Real Estate. She was raised in Mexico, where she received her bachelor’s degree in elementary education. She became a U.S. citizen in 1997.


Peak Vista Community Health Centers announced elected 2014 officers for the board of directors. Steve Scott will serve as chair; Cindy Ellis, vice chair; Robert Willson, treasurer; Dr. Donna Johnson, secretary; and Jen Knellinger, past chair. Other board members include Ted Borden, Matt Carpenter, Tim Coutts, Santiago “Bob” Duran, Victoria Stone, Dr. Pamela Taylor and Vincent Yorke.

Other board members include Dr. Elliot Cohn, Santiago “Bob” Duran, Becky Hurley, John Kitchen, Jen Knellinger, Jay Maloney, Alan Steiner, Joshua Waymire and Robert Wilson.


JVA Consulting recently hired Nikki Holland-Plum as the social media and marketing coordinator, Lucinda Kerschensteiner as the senior associate of strategy and business planning and Jessica Nurack as the managing associate, business development and client service. Kerschensteiner has a bachelor’s degree in German studies from Bryn Mawr College and completed the MBA program at Colorado State University. Nurack earned her bachelor’s degree in psychology from Claremont McKenna College and her master’s in developmental and social psychology from Brandeis University.


The U.S. Olympic Museum Board of Directors elected businessman Phil Lane and 2006 Olympic Gold-Medalist Joey Cheek, as voluntary board members.  The board of directors also includes: Richard Celeste, president; Andie Doyle, vice president; Susan Edmondson, secretary; and B.J. Hybl Jr., treasurer.


Kristen Downs was hired as executive administrative coordinator for the U.S. Olympic Museum. She graduated from the University of Iowa with a bachelor of business administration degree in finance with a certificate in international business.


Do More Good hired Michelle McGovern Stewart as client director. She is a graduate of Bohecker College and the University of Akron, where she studied business administration.
