Kaiser Permanente Colorado, the state’s largest not-for-profit health plan, has named Troy Stubbings as director of business operations and market expansion for the health plan’s Southern Colorado service area. In this role, Stubbings will lead business development and operational work.
Stubbings has been with Kaiser Permanente for more than 17 years. During this time he’s had various leadership positions including chief clinical pharmacy call center, director of surgical services, area administrator and director of business operations support services.
Stubbings received his bachelor and doctorate degrees in pharmacy from the University of Colorado. Stubbings was born and raised in Colorado Springs.
Kaiser Permanente offers local care to its more than 56,000 Southern Colorado members at two medical offices in the area, including Colorado Springs and Pueblo.
