Bryan Grossman is a reporter for the Colorado Springs Business Journal. He has his bachelor’s degree in communications from the University of Colorado Boulder.

 

Demi Harvey works as a receptionist at the Colorado Springs Business Journal. She is working on her psychology degree from the University of Colorado Colorado Springs.

 

The Junior Achievement of Southern Colorado has moved to 2320 W. Colorado Ave., in Colorado Springs.

 

Michael Shafai, of Morgan Stanley’s Colorado Springs office and the Pikes Peak Group of Morgan Stanley, has been appointed as a corporate retirement director. The designation recognizes financial advisors who have dedicated their practice to helping corporate clients manage all aspects of retirement plans.

 

Brad Schmitt was hired as project manager at Comito Building and Design. Schmitt graduated from the University of Florida with a degree in building construction. He is LEED certified by the U.S. Green Building Council.

 

Danyelle Sheehan was hired as construction coordinator at Comito Building and Design. Sheehan graduated from Texas State University with a degree in construction technology.

 

El Pomar announced the upcoming departure of three trustees from its board. The Honorable Dennis Maes, an El Pomar advisory trustee and the trustee for the southeast regional council, Bob Manning, the El Pomar Denver metro trustee, and Christina McGrath, the fellowship alumni trustee will complete their terms in April.
