The sales price was $2.2 million, and the listing agent was Mary Frances Cowan, and the cooperating brokers were Bill Kennedy and Tim Seehafer at Red Rock Realty. The seller was Sierra Madre, LLC.
In another Quantum transaction, Nevada Ventures purchased the building at 106 E. Village Terrace from Vectra Bank Colorado NA. The listing agents were Marty Johnson and Brad Bird of CBRE, and the cooperating broker was Andy Oyler.
In leasing news, Griffis/Blessing was selected to manage the office building USA Triathlon recently purchased at 5825 Delmonico Drive in Colorado Springs.
The 39,670-square-foot property is the home of USA Triathlon, Norma Robb CPA, Recondo Technology, Peak Investment Advisors and The Herman Group.
Portfolio Manager Kelly Clay and Crystal Webb, Bobby Black and Cindy Colby will oversee daily operations.
In other leasing news, Cosmic Advanced Engineered Solutions at 985 Space Center Drive renewed its lease with CV Patriot Springs LLC. The landlord brokers were Peter Scoville and Greg Phaneuf. Both worked with the landlord, Patriot equities, and the tenant in this expansion-renewal of 6,062 square feet of office space.
Scoville and Phaneuf represented Patriot Equities in the lease renewal to A.I Solutions of 3,122 square feet, also at 985 Space Center Drive.
Phaneuf was the landlord broker on a new lease of 16,672 square feet of office space at 8415 Explorer Drive to Front Range Solutions USA.
