Amanda Miller Luciano has joined Synergy Realty Group as a broker associate. She comes to residential and commercial real estate as a Colorado native and after writing about the local market for the Colorado Springs Business Journal.

The Leukemia and Lymphoma Society’s named the 2014 Man of the Year Austin Szall and the 2014 Woman of the Year Hayden Murphy at the society’s annual Grand Finale gala April 11.

Aventa Credit Union promoted Deborah Brown to vice president of human resources and development. She has a bachelor of business administration degree from New Mexico State University.

Aventa Credit Union promoted Karin Kovalovsky to vice president of corporate communications and marketing. She has a bachelor of science degree in marketing from the University of Colorado.

Uriah Trounce-Mercer joined Stockman Kast Ryan + Co. as an audit consultant. He received his bachelor of science degree in business with an emphasis on accounting from the University of Colorado Colorado Springs and is currently pursuing his CPA certification.

Stockman Kast Ryan + Co. hired Amanda Bragassa as director of first impressions. Bragassa received her associate degree in criminal justice from Pikes Peak Community College.

Luke Travins, president of New Concept Enterprises, has joined the board of the downtown Colorado Springs Business Improvement District.

Colorado Business Bank hired John G. Jackson as business development officer for its new Colorado Springs location. Jackson has more than 40 years of banking experience.

ANB Bank has added Doug Brewer, vice president of commercial banking, as its newest banking officer.
