Mark Useman is the city’s top retail specialist and brings with him a client roster and 28 years of experience. Mark will complement the existing retail strength COSC has with senior managing director Greg Kaufman, according to a news release.

Industrial specialist Dave Bacon has been a consistent top producer in the local industrial market since 1985 and will bring a wealth of knowledge, local experience and deep client relationships to the company.

Aaron Horn, a seven-year industrial real estate veteran, will round out the industrial division, bringing a host of local and national clients and additionally complimenting the strong relationships and portfolio of one of the company’s principals and Industrial top producers, Mike Helwege.

The office department will continue to be spearheaded by Peter Scoville and Greg Phaneuf, both principals and founders of the company, as well as investment specialist and 5 year real estate veteran Weston Thomas.

The addition of these individuals to this company positions Colorado Springs Commercial, a Cushman & Wakefield Alliance firm, as the top commercial brokerage in Colorado Springs with local ownership and global exposure through the Cushman & Wakefield network.
