Jay Alexander is the new chief technology officer of Keysight Technologies. Alexander earned a bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering from Northwestern University and a master’s degree in computer science from the University of Colorado Boulder. 

Rachel Catt is now on the Ent Federal Credit Union’s investment services team. 

Brooke Stemple is the new summer intern at the Downtown Partnership. Stemple is studying sociology at Colorado College.

Jan Myers joined CB Insurance, a division of Central Bankcorp as an account executive.

Palmer Land Trust hired Rebecca Jewett as the new executive director. Jewett received her BA in political science from Colorado College and her master’s of environmental and natural resources law and policy from the University of Denver. She had formerly served as executive director of the Rocky Mountain Field Institute.

Jason Lockwood has joined Westone Laboratories Inc. as its president and chief executive officer. Lockwood has his bachelor’s degree from Harvard University and his master’s in business administration, also from Harvard.

Melissa Blevins is the new interim director of communications, marketing, public relations and media relations at Memorial Hospital. She has a bachelor’s degree in journalism from Bowling Green State University and a master’s in business administration degree from the University of Findlay (Ohio). 

Lt. Col. Troy Harting has been nominated as permanent professor of the U.S. Air Force Academy’s department of management. Harting graduated from the Academy in 1993.
