Women entrepreneurs from throughout the state are invited to the Women’s Entrepreneurship Symposium May 30-31 in Denver.
The event is co-sponsored by the U.S. Patent Trademark Office, Democrat U.S. Sen. Michael Bennet, the Colorado Bar Association, the University of Denver, the Colorado Small Business Development Center and the Denver Metro Chamber of Commerce.
The symposium will be held at the University of Denver and focus on women entrepreneurs, the importance of intellectual property protection for their innovations and how they can leverage economic opportunities for women-owned and small businesses.
The symposium will offer networking opportunities with experts in the intellectual property field, as well as government and industry representatives who will help attendees gain insight into all facts of the business cycle. Agenda topics include intellectual property, strategies to leverage intellectual property assets, accessing financial resources and driving business growth by leveraging business relationships.
Registration is $50 and includes all conference sessions and materials, light refreshments, a keynote luncheon and a networking reception.
