Retired U.S. Air Force Lt. Col. Lee Taylor joined Trine Aerospace and Defense as chief operating officer. He worked 28 years in the Air Force dealing with maintenance management.

Ent Federal Credit Union promoted Victoria Selfridge to vice president of corporate communications. Selfridge graduated from Georgia Tech with a bachelor’s degree in industrial engineering.

Peak Vista Community Health Centers hired Dr. Gary Leake and Dr. Glen Fishman for its dental staff. Leake will practice at Peak Vista’s main dental center and Fishman will join the staff at Strasburg. Leake earned his degree from Indiana University School of Dentistry, and Fishman is a graduate of West Virginia University School of Dentistry.

Amy Stephen has joined the Broadmoor World Arena and Pikes Peak Center as director of marketing and sales. She has her bachelor’s degree in journalism from Colorado State University.

Colorado Business Bank has hired Klaus Bauer as commercial banker III for its new Colorado Springs location.

Former Colorado Springs City Attorney Chris Melcher will lead the new office of Spencer Fane in Colorado Springs.

ERA Shields Real Estate recently announced the addition of three new broker associates to its growing team of Realtors for southern Colorado. The company welcomes Roxanne Lieber, Bill Spengler and Kevin Palmer.

Janska LLC has added Lisa Dowis to its sales team as director of sales and marketing. Dowis is a graduate of Purdue University.
