Jason Sibley has been elected to the board of trustees of the Colorado-Wyoming chapter of the National MS Society. Sibley is an audit partner with McGladrey LLP.

Bryan Construction has hired Mark Sliwinski as a project manager. Sliwinski graduated from Colorado State University with a degree in construction management.

Stockman Kast Ryan + Co. hired Michael Kociuk as staff accountant. Kociuk graduated from the University of Colorado Colorado Springs with a bachelor of science in business with dual emphases in finance and business management.

Sarah Ippolito Joined Stockman Kast Ryan + Co. as an accounting assistant. She is pursuing a bachelor’s degree in social work from Colorado State University Pueblo.

Tim Kiehne has been appointed a financial representative by Northwestern Mutual. Kiehne received a bachelor’s degree in finance from the University of Missouri.

Megan Schlachter is the new case manager at Tri-Lakes Cares. Schlachter graduated with a bachelor of science degree from Colorado State University with a dual degree in psychology and human development with family studies.

Indy Frazee is now the controller for The Independence Center. She had been director of finance for Goodwill. She has a bachelor’s degree in accounting from Colorado State University and her MBA from the UCCS.

Tonia Burt has joined CB Insurance as an account executive. She has her bachelor’s degree in English literature from DePaul University.

Barbara Ruppert joined CB Insurance as commercial lines account manager.

Tammye Pirie was hired as the director of grants for Pikes Peak Community College. Pirie has a master of public health in community health education from the University of Tennessee, Knoxville, Tenn., and a bachelor of science from East Tennessee State University, Johnson City, Tenn.
