Karen King joined ADD STAFF as a staffing manager. King has a bachelor of arts degree from California State University.

Melinda Jackson joins the sales and catering team at the Hotel Eleganté Conference and Event Center. Her hotel knowledge and experiences include operations, catering convention services and group sales for Marriott, Hilton, IHG and independent gold resort properties.

Carol Hooker joins the Hotel Eleganté Conference and Event Center as its senior sales manager. She joins the team with experience in operations and sales at Starwood Hotels, Hilton, Radisson and independent properties.

Andee Lamoreaux has joined the sales team at Hotel Eleganté as the business travel manager. Lamoreaux has been involved in the local sports entertainment and hospitality industry for more than 15 years, managing corporate events and travel.

Karen Rowe has been named the new regional transportation director for Region Two (southeast, including El Paso County) by the Colorado Department of Transportation. Rowe received her bachelor’s degree in civil engineering from California Polytechnic University – San Luis Obispo. She is a registered professional engineer in Colorado.

Springs Rescue Mission hired Charlie Dokmo as vice president of advancement. Dokmo attended the U.S. Military Academy at West Point and the University of Minnesota.

Chris Lutyen has been named branch manager of Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage’s Colorado Springs’ office. Lutyen has 11 years experience as a real estate agent and managing broker.

Bryan Construction hired 25-year construction veteran Linda Wolfe as pre-construction manager. She holds a bachelor’s degree in finance and economics from Regis University.

Patsy Thompson has been promoted to vice president and sales and service coordinator for all Northstar Banks in Colorado. Thompson has 37 years experience in many aspects of banking.

Greg Welch has been promoted to senior vice president and southern region commercial banking team lead at Northstar Bank Colorado. Formerly senior vice president at BBVA Compass Bank, Welch has a bachelor’s degree in economics from the University of Colorado and completed CU’s graduate school of banking program.

Jennifer Kleinschmidt has been named interim CEO of Catholic Charities of Central Colorado until a new president and CEO is hired. Kleinschmidt has a bachelor’s degree in accountancy from the University of Oklahoma, a master of arts degree in management from Webster University and a certificate in nonprofit management at the University of Colorado Colorado Springs.

Jerry Cross has been named director of athletic communications at Colorado College. Cross earned a degree in economics from Colorado College in 1991. He had been working in the Air Force Academy athletic department.
