The 104,439 square feet of office space at 5575 Tech Center Drive in Colorado Springs sold for $5.9 million. The listing Firm was NAI Highland & CIII and the cooperating firm was Quantum Financial Group. It was a foreclosure purchase.
Secondly, the Tri-Lakes Medical Building at 550 State Highway 105 sold for nearly $1.5 million to THCL LLC. The seller was Tri-Lakes Investments LLC.
The cooperating firm was Quantum Commercial Group and the listing firm was Sperry Van Ness.
Finally, Creekside Development, 2.28 acres of vacant land in Monument, was sold for $775,000. The listing firm was Quantum Commercial Group and the buyer was the Medical Center IV at Monument, LLLP.
