<h3>Wells Fargo top small biz lender in Colorado
</h3>According to the latest Community Reinvestment Act data, Wells Fargo loaned more than $1.1 billion during 2007 to Colorado small business owners.
It also loaned $66 million in Small Business Administration financing, making it the top SBA lender by dollar volume in the state for the federal fiscal year ending Sept. 30.

</h3>Sub-freezing temperatures and ice brought on by winter weather have closed lakes and reservoirs to boating at most Colorado State Parks.
