Fort Carson is inviting the public to learn about environmental restoration projects on post at its quarterly Restoration Advisory Board meeting at 6:30 p.m. Feb. 8 at the Elkhorn Catering and Conference Center, Building 7300.
Information will be provided about ongoing cleanup projects.
The American Heart Association is hosting its 24th Annual Heart Ball, an Evening in Vintage Hollywood, at 6 p.m. Feb. 10 at The Broadmoor Hotel.
Guests will enjoy cocktails, fine dining and dancing, silent and live auctions, and a drawing for a $40,000 shopping spree at the Red Noland Auto Group. Tickets for the drawing are $100 each or three for $250.
