The Public Relations Society of America is hosting a luncheon from 11:30 a.m. to 1 p.m. March 23 at the Tesla Educational Opportunity Center, 2560 International Circle.
The topic is “Making News in Southern Colorado,” and will include a panel discussion about the needs of the local media, what is considered newsworthy, how to create and maintain lasting relationships with media representatives and tips for piggybacking on national news and trends.
The cost is $15 for PRSA members and $20 for non-members.
