The exterior of this 4-story, 142,763 square foot building is designed with brick and native sandstone material with a glass curtain wall system at strategic locations. Outdoor seating areas and water features make for the perfect setting to enjoy the panoramic views of the Rocky Mountains. The interior is flooded with natural light from the atrium on the south side and the lobby on the north. Both spaces feature granite floors and cherry wood panels.
