| The exterior of this 4-story, 142,763 square foot building is designed with brick and native sandstone material with a glass curtain wall system at strategic locations. Outdoor seating areas and water features make for the perfect setting to enjoy the panoramic views of the Rocky Mountains. The interior is flooded with natural light from the atrium on the south side and the lobby on the north. Both spaces feature granite floors and cherry wood panels. Though the facility is required to support 650 associates, low workstation heights were incorporated to maximize the light throughout with the use of white noise as sound masking to give the feeling of more private work spaces.
