Report: Foreclosures drop in Colorado Springs

Foreclosure rates in Colorado Springs fell year-over-year in November, according to data from real estate analysis firm CoreLogic. Griffis/Blessing buys Broomfield apartments

Colorado Springs-based Griffis/Blessing, Inc. purchased  a 216-unit apartment complex in Broomfield in late December.
